It’s almost 2 weeks until Marinus bring us the WIN Current Cruiser and Driftwood Villas Family Float at Sandy Point’s Shallow Inlet so there’s plenty of time to freshen up your swimming and floating techniques to start the new year with a splash.

Registrations are coming in strongly and the buzz around Sandy Point has commenced so make sure you lock in early to secure a spot. The t-shirt is being printed, swim caps are done, the WIN commercial is running, the band is booked and the clubhouse has been extended and renovated, so all we need now is you to sign up and join us on the day.

Pack collection and late registrations will be at the front of the clubhouse on the morning of new years day, then at Shallow Inlet before the event which will commence around the middle of the day – keep an eye on the website for final times once we get closer.

A reminder that as well as the regular 500m and 1500m shoreline current swims, we have a new WBSLSC life saver monitored Family Float event where you bring a floatation device and float for 500m with the current in a pack.
